We understand that seeing a psychologist can feel like a big decision. That’s why at Mind Profile Psychology, we offer a free 30-minute introductory session for all new clients.

This no-obligation session is your chance to:

  • Get to know your psychologist

  • Ask questions about the therapy process

  • See whether we’re the right fit for you

Whether you prefer to meet in person at our private clinic in Ingleburn or connect via phone or video, we’re here to make that first step as easy and welcoming as possible.

Child and Adolescent Clients

We do not offer services under NDIS and are not able to assist with legal matters, workers compensation or insurance claims. 


🌿What to Expect

  • The free intro session runs for 30 minutes
  • If you decide to continue, standard sessions are approximately 52 minutes (booked for the hour)
  • You can choose face-to-face, phone, or video formats
  • All appointments are confidential and by appointment only

Our clinic is located on a quiet street in Ingleburn, with ample free on-street parking and close access to public transport. We also offer evening appointments until 9pm for busy schedules.

🌱Session Fees & Rebates

  • Standard 52-minute session (booked for the hour) face-to-face or telehealth: $180

  • Medicare rebate: $96.65 back per session (with a Mental Health Care Plan from your GP)

  • Out-of-pocket cost: $83.35 per session with a rebate

  • No GP referral needed for your free 30-minute introductory session
